ABSTRACT
The patient presented to our hospital with systemic eruptions and scalp hair loss. Six years ago, he underwent extended thymectomy for a diagnosis of thymoma complicated by myasthenia gravis. Three years post-surgery, recurrence manifested as left-sided pleural dissemination and liver metastasis.
